Shipping policy

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within Australia with parcels leaving daily.

We also provide international shipping to New Zealand, United States, Canada, Singapore, Thailand, Kuala Lumpur, the United Kingdom and Ireland.

If you would like to find out about shipping to a country not currently listed please contact us by email. 

 

Shipping within Australia

Australian Standard Shipping Costs  $8.00

Australia Express Shipping Costs  $10.00

Free Shipping Australia applies to order over $100 spend in one transaction.

*Please note, selecting express shipping does not mean your parcel is dispatched ahead of the queue. Please allow at least 48hours for pick and pack.

Packaging

Please note, all Sun Soul jewellery is sent out in one of our branded Vegan Leather pouches as standard.

We aim to minimise our packaging footprint so items may be combined in pouches or boxes as deemed appropriate. If you require particular packaging please specify in the notes at checkout.

Optional extra: Adding a deluxe gift box to your order ensures your Sun Soul keepsakes are presented to perfection. Featuring gold foil branding and a golden message on the reverse. Jewellery is positioned securely on the velvet pad inside.

The Sun Soul gift box is also a great storage solution at home or while travelling.

Does my order come with tracking?

Where possible, parcels come with a tracking number. If you want to be able to add an express service, please select the correct option at checkout.

When will my parcel be sent?

Order processing times are within 1-3 business days and do not include weekends or public holidays. Once an item is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 7 days for orders to be processed during sale and busy periods.

Delivery times will vary as per Australia Post estimates    

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you when your order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carrier - we will endeavor to trace your parcel on your behalf and lodge an investigation if required. 

 

Additional information:

We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

If you receive a collection slip in your letterbox to pick up your parcel from the nearest post office, please do so ASAP or it will be sent 'return to sender' after 5 days and you will be responsible for postage charges for Sun Soul Australia to return it to you.

If your Australia Post or courier tracking number shows that your parcel has been delivered Sun Soul Australia are not responsible for replacement. Any damaged goods during transit will be exchanged after the damaged product is returned to Sun Soul Australia.

 

Duties and Taxes (international orders)

For international orders, duties and taxes are occasionally incurred on package arrival and are charged in addition to international shipping costs.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country they are shipping to. Charges differ in each country depending on the regulations. Sun Soul is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies.
