Exchange Policy
Please choose carefully. Due to the small nature of this business, we do not issue refunds or exchanges for change of mind at any time. All our products are crafted with love, so you may find small variations from time to time. Please ensure you refer to product descriptions, sizing information, and care recommendations before making your purchase to ensure product suitability. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted for change of mind or on any sale items (including Boxing Day Sale items).
We strictly do not accept returns or exchanges for pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons. Accurate descriptions are provided on our product pages and we recommend looking over these to avoid disappointment. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credit notes on earrings unless deemed faulty and the fault communicated within 14 days of purchase.
Faults
If you feel one of our products is faulty upon receipt please submit a request via the 'Contact' page within 14 days of receipt of goods. Normal wear and tear is not considered a fault. Items purchased through one of our 3rd party stockists fall under their specific retail exchange/refunds agreement. Please refer to our care policy for more information about how to care for your Sun Soul jewellery. Faults that occur after the 14 day period will be assessed on a case by case basis. However faults after a period of 4 months will be considered as wear & tear.

Crafted from a variety of precious metals, your Sun Soul jewellery is not recommended to be worn in the shower, pools, or the ocean. While the product is considered 'shower safe' due to the sterling silver base metal, gold plating can fade quickly with repeated moisture exposure. If you decide to still wear your jewellery in water please try and pat try afterwards to preserve your gold plating.
Limited edition items that contain 'mother of pearl', freshwater pearl, or crystal embellishments should be kept out of water as moisture exposure may affect the integrity of the precious stone/embellishment.
Oxidization may occur if jewellery is worn repeatedly on the skin or exposed to water/moisture, perfumes or chemicals. Oxidization from everyday wear is out of the manufacturers control.
Precious metals may tarnish and wear with age. Wipe gently with a soft cloth and store in a jewellery pouch when not in use.
Gold plating may fade over time as it is a coating over a base metal. Our jewellery is not made from solid gold. To preserve, please follow all instructions and treat your Sun Soul jewellery with care.

- No returns on earrings for hygienic reasons unless faulty within specified time frame.
- Lost earrings or jewellery items.
- We do not exchange or refund for change of mind.
- Items purchased on sale are final. This includes seasonal sales such as Boxing Day Sales.
- Delayed shipping is out of our control. Items will not be resent if the shipping is simply delayed.
- Items purchased from stockists, please contact them directly with your proof of purchase.
