If a code is not entered, or not entered correctly, refunds will not be issued. If you choose to process your payment via Shopify express checkout, please remember to enter your discount code prior to processing automatic payment. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale or Sample Items
Please review our Refund policy as we do not exchange or refund sale or sample items for change of mind. Items that are on sale as well as 'Sample Sale' item transactions are considered final.
E-gift vouchers are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift vouchers have no additional processing fees. Each Sun Soul Aus. gift card is valid for 12 months only. Each E-Gift Voucher contains an exclusive redemption code. It is the purchasers responsibility to store E-Gift Voucher information safely, as it should be treated like cash.
How to redeem a gift voucher:
When making a purchase you can redeem the value of a gift voucher by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift voucher holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
