Australia Post and Sendle Delivery delays.

With the increased demand in sending parcels during this challenging time, delays are inevitable and we thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We encourage you to purchase  an express post upgrade to your delivery at checkout to ensure your parcel is traceable and fast. Whilst we endeavor to ship your order quickly, we are at the mercy of the delivery time-frames set by third parties such as Australia Post and Sendle. Please note, orders are packed within 24-48hous and sent unless otherwise advertised.

Promotions & Discount Codes

If a promotion or special offer is running on www.sunsoulaus.com It is the purchasers responsibility to enter the relevant (and valid) discount code at the time of purchase (at checkout). If a code is not entered, or not entered correctly, refunds will not be issued. If you choose to process your payment via Shopify express checkout, please remember to enter your discount code prior to processing automatic payment. If in doubt, it is the purchasers responsibility to contact Sun Soul Aus. prior to making a purchase.

Our standard 'free shipping' offer is for Australian customers only unless otherwise advertised and is available for purchases over $100. It includes standard shipping only. Express post options are available as an upgarde.

No Returns or Exchanges on Sale or Sample Items

Please review our Refund policy as we do not exchange or refund sale or sample items for change of mind. Items that are on sale as well as 'Sample Sale' item transactions are considered final.

E-Gift Vouchers

E-gift vouchers are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift vouchers have no additional processing fees. Each Sun Soul Aus. gift card is valid for 12 months only. Each E-Gift Voucher contains an exclusive redemption code. It is the purchasers responsibility to store E-Gift Voucher information safely, as it should be treated like cash.

How to redeem a gift voucher:
When making a purchase you can redeem the value of a gift voucher by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift voucher holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.
